After snow birding for​ numerous years and the desire to leave the cold weather of MN, we became permanent residents of Fort Myers, FL.  We understand the need to assist other homeowners with protecting their investments.

Hein Home Watch, LLC. is licensed, insured and bonded.   Each visit is handled with professionalism, attention to details, and precise notes written as to work completed and issues that may arise. Our visits can be scheduled weekly or every two-weeks, and that schedule will be precisely followed.  Since communication is vital to our success, full reporting will be provided for you after each visit.
