As stated before, our purpose is to provide you with peace of mind while you are away from your Florida home. We can do this through our inspection process. Because some issues can occur in a short period of time, have us perform inspections weekly or every two weeks. The following is a partial list of some of the items that may be done during a home visit. We will customize a list to fill your specific needs.

- Visual inspection of interior
- Check for signs of mold/mildew
- Check toilets and sinks for leaks
- Check circuit breaker box for signs of surged or tripped breakers
- Check for odors
- Visually inspect for signs of pests
- Turn water on or off
- Run water to ensure operating correctly
- Flush all commodes
- Run garbage disposal and dishwasher monthly to prevent motors from seizing
- Visual inspection of pool, spa, pool enclosure and landscape
- Inspection of property after a storm
- Check appliances

- Hurricane preparation
- Meet with sub-contractors at your home
- Secure gate entry access for all deliveries and home services
- Furniture/Appliance delivery acceptance
- Carry out garbage to curb and back
- On-staff cleaners for pre-arrival and post-arrival; deep, move-in and construction cleans
